First-time customers who are dissatisfied with their products are entitled to a money-back guarantee from BridalShowerInvitations.com. You may obtain a full refund of the purchase price, not including shipping and handling. The guarantee applies to first-time customers’ orders with a subtotal less than $100.00.

To return your order and receive a refund, customers go to "Order History" and request an "RMA#." Once the RMA # is issued, you must ship the products back to BridalShowerInvitations.com. When we receive the returned merchandise we will issue your refund. We will not refund any shipping and handling charges.

SHIPPING AND MAILING DELAYS
Customer agrees that it will not hold BridalShowerInvitations.com accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no direct control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall BridalShowerInvitations.com be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery.

Once your invitations have been accepted by the U.S. Postal Service, our responsibility ends and we are not liable for any loss of revenue, business or damages. The U.S. Postal Services offers no tracking service.
